Using the fantastic Beneteau 40.7 sailing yachts in the unfamiliar environment of yacht racing, your team will be developed throughout the day. A sailing yacht is the perfect team building platform - one which won't sail forward through the water unless the whole crew is working together! Your professional skippers, first mates and facilitators will ensure that your aims and objectives are met throughout the day on the water. A typical day will have a session for training in the morning a lunch ashore and a series of action-packed races in the afternoon. Each delegate will get the chance to be in both a leading and a crewing role whilst on board and will have to make decisions in an unfamiliar environment with the facilitator analysing how each team member works.
