Sometimes clients are looking for a fun day out of the office as a reward for hard work or a successful project, on another occasion it maybe a development programme designed to bring together and develop a team or group. Either way, our Marine Based Activities create a wonderful platform for team building events at both levels. For the majority of clients, any Marine Based Activity is in an unfamiliar and often quite challenging environment. The reason Marine Based Activities 
are so successful is that they enable participants to develop as individuals, discover personal strengths and develop within a team at a highly accelerated rate, whilst overcoming natural fears of being in unfamiliar surroundings. The idea of cementing client relations and developing a more effective work place by concentrating on the individual contributions of each team player is perfectly achieved on the water. A boat
will only sail forward if all the elements are working together,
rather like a team, in order for it to work efficiently, individuals
have to work effectively together.
By working in an environment that can quite often be outside one's comfort zone, sailing will develop a new level of trust and loyalty and will help to motivate staff and develop effective clear and concise communication skills within the team. For
more in-depth, client specific objectives, we work along side
highly experienced facilitators using a range of programs
which vary depending on client  requirements.
There are such a variety of activities to do on the water and here at Impression Sailing and Events we do most of them! The Impression Sailing events team have over 15 years experience in running marine based activities and we can
guarantee that not only are they the Ultimate Out Of Office
Experience, but our clients leave with a new found energy,
an enormous sense of personal  achievement and
determination and new found motivation to continue to develop as individuals.
Our Marine Based Activities are predominately arranged in the historic waters of the Solent, the picturesque
Beaulieu River or even the English Channel. For more
